Warranty policy

Return and Warranty  Policy:

1. 1. Changing Delivery Address:
      The shipping system runs automatically . Pls write in your delivery address correctly , once you made order and paid , We can not change delivery address anymore . But you can try contact local shipping agent to change final delivery address for you when the parcel arrived your country . 
   2. One year warranty :
      We provide one year free quality warranty for our products , from the date buyer received . But buyer need pay the freight .
   3. Return and Refund 

*IF buyer don't like the product , buyer can return for no reason in 7 days and pay return freight . After we receive and confirm product and package are intact , we will refund full payment .

*IF buyer found the parcel was damaged during transportation , pls don't accept unless you check and confirm the product inside is intact . Otherwise we won't be able to provide you exchange service .

* If buyer believe there is quality issue , buyer must contact our customer service within 7 days (counting from the date of signature on receipt) at support@hosaya.com  to apply for an exchange, and provide the following information for us to follow up and record: 

• Product pictures or videos showing the damaged area of the product
• Product model number
• Order number
• Delivery receipt
• Contact information

If the exchange request is approved, we will arrange courier to collect the defective product and replace it with a new one and rearrange the delivery process.
